This is the "Sogo Model" glove, supervised by Mr. Akihiro Sogo (former manager of the Nippon Life Baseball Club), who is a graduate of the prestigious Nippon Life Baseball Club (corporate baseball team) and a former member of the Barcelona Olympics Japanese national team.

The "Sogo Model" is a glove designed with emphasis on the thumb and ring finger. It thoroughly pursues the soft glove handling required by fielders and a design that naturally cradles the ball. This glove creates a smooth flow to throwing. A ring is attached to the ring finger part, allowing for stable catching.
