The pattern is a 5mm-up model of the "ate-hasami" (catch-and-pinch) style, which is a representative infielder's glove in the GS lineup.
This is the actual model used by Oi-san, featuring a wide pocket that allows for firm handling with the palm, enabling both "ate-dori" (catching directly) and "tsukami-dori" (catching with a grip). The two-pronged lacing on the index finger part provides strength that won't give in to batted balls.

The web features a cross (GS-10) design.
The web is resistant to loosening, which supports quick transfers.
