This is a hardball infielder's glove from the "YAMAMOTO Pro Essential" series, which aims to be a necessity for all baseball players.
Mr. Yamamoto, the representative who shapes the gloves of numerous NPB players, puts his heart and soul into shaping each one before sending them out.

The popular H6 model is used for the shape.
This model is designed to allow the thumb and pinky finger to naturally meet, centered around the index finger. It is recommended for players who want to firmly sandwich the ball with two pinky fingers but also want to maintain a good feel for catching without the pocket becoming too deep.
Since the distance from the heel to the base of the index finger is set extremely short, when using two pinky fingers, it provides a catching feel similar to using a regular glove with five fingers.

Dynamic Hard Leather is used for the leather.
It is a leather that provides a firm, rigid catching feel while allowing for dynamic opening and closing performance of the glove.

Instead of grease, "rubber glue" is used inside the glove.
Using rubber glue gives the catching surface tension, resulting in a crisper glove.

The Pro Essential series was developed with the aim of creating a glove that maintains its "stiffness."
