〈Pre-shaped〉[Wilson] WANNABE HERO DUAL Soft-style Infielder Glove, Model 87, Fall/Winter 2025

This is a limited edition soft baseball glove not sold in Japan.

The most distinctive feature is the use of "Spin Control Leather," also known as "Spicon," on the catching surface and web. This embossed leather creates high grip, allowing you to firmly catch the ball.

DUAL refers to the structure with two lines (lacing) on each finger.
While standard gloves have one line, the DUAL series has two, making it resistant to the force of the ball when catching. When catching the ball with the finger portion, the DUAL structure allows the ball to fall into the pocket, enabling smooth transitions.

The 87 model is adopted.
The 87 model is simply a one-size larger version of the popular 86 model.
A wide range of players, from professional baseball players to famous baseball YouTubers, use it.
Having three pockets arranged vertically allows for quick transitions.

The back leather uses SuperSkin. This is Wilson's unique leather, approximately half the weight of normal leather while offering about twice the durability. Furthermore, it is excellent at repelling water and resisting dirt.

It has been shaped to the "Koyuni" (pinky-in) style, as recommended by the manufacturer and taught by Wilson's Mr. Nakata (Tozaki player type). The thumb stands firmly, creating a pocket that makes it easy to catch reverse singles. Additionally, the Koyuni style reduces unnecessary tension, improving handling.
