[Rawlings] PRO PREFERRED Wizard #02 Hardball Glove, Outfielder

This is a hardball outfielder's glove from Rawlings' popular "Wizard" series.

By separating the pinky finger side of the wristband from the glove body, it becomes easier to transfer power to the glove when catching. This allows for catches without excessive force, leading to smooth transitions to throwing motions.

The surface leather of the glove is Canadian kip leather, which is characterized by its fine, durable fibers and moist texture.

The inner surface of the glove (where the hand goes) uses Japanese cowhide that has been tanned with Rawlings' unique processing method. It is characterized by high grip, allowing the glove and hand to become one, giving a bare-handed feel when handling the glove.
