【SSK】 Proedge Hardball Glove, Infield Model, 2025 Spring/Summer Model

This is the 2025 Spring/Summer model of SSK's top-of-the-line proedge series hardball infielder's glove.

It features the 866 pattern, which is slightly larger than the popular 844 pattern. The pocket forms closer to the index finger from below the web and becomes deep, making it recommended for players who "want to firmly grasp and catch the ball." The back side has a slight curve, allowing for a wrapping catch.

It uses a "wide cross web." This feature prevents the glove from being overpowered by fast ground balls. In recent years, it has become popular among third basemen. Additionally, the web is less likely to loosen, which supports quick transfers.
