This is the KSG-AR3 model of the Kubota Slugger hardball infielder's glove.

It is quite similar to the popular "24MS" model, but the AR3 is slightly smaller.
Also, the catching surface is a little narrower.
It has a pocket of normal width and depth. The hand slot is smaller.

Since the fold-over part is a half-type, you can use the glove more shallowly, making it easier to "trap" the ball by catching it with the palm.
It is especially recommended for players who cover second and shortstops.
