Pre-broken-in: [Wilson] WILSON STAFF DUAL Limited Edition Hardball Infield Glove, 87 Model, Spring/Summer 2026

This is a hardball infield glove from the DUAL series, synonymous with Wilson gloves.

DUAL refers to the structure with two lines (hame) on each finger.
While normal gloves have one line, the DUAL series has two, making it resistant to the force of the ball when catching. When catching the ball with the fingers, the DUAL structure allows the ball to fall into the pocket, enabling a smooth grip change.

The model is type 87.
It is larger than type 86, allowing for a better grip when catching, so players who "originally played outfield" should find this type easy to use.
Like type 86, the pocket has three vertical divisions, making grip changes easy.

The leather used is Pro Stock Steer Leather from North America. It is neutral and adapts to any hand, regardless of the user.
The back of the glove uses SuperSkin. This is Wilson's unique leather, which is about half the weight of normal leather while having about twice the durability. Furthermore, it is excellent at repelling water and resisting dirt.

It comes pre-broken-in with the "Koyuni" (pinky-in) molding technique, as taught by Wilson's Goshi Nakata and recommended by the manufacturer. (Outosaki player model) The thumb stands firmly, creating a pocket that makes it easy to catch backhand. Additionally, the Koyuni style reduces unnecessary tension and improves handling.
