Pre-broken-in: Wilson Staff Dual Limited Edition Hardball Glove - Infield - Model 1975 - 2026 Spring/Summer Model

This is a hardball infielder's glove from Wilson's DUAL series, a name synonymous with Wilson gloves.

DUAL refers to the structure where each finger has two lines (rawhide lacing).
While standard gloves have one line, the DUAL series has two, making it resistant to the force of the ball upon catching. When catching the ball with the fingers, the DUAL structure allows the ball to drop into the pocket, facilitating smooth transfers.

The mold is based on the 86 model, but one size larger, called the "1975 model".
This is the mold used by Dodgers player Mookie Betts when playing shortstop.
Additionally, it features "Flat Binding" on the edge leather.
Special stitching in the area where the index finger exits allows for smooth extension of the index finger.

The leather used is Pro Stock Steerhide from North America. It is free of quirks and fits any user's hand.

This glove comes pre-shaped with the "Koyuni" (small finger independent) style, directly taught by Wilson's Goshi Nakata (Tozaki player model). The thumb stands firmly, creating a pocket that makes reverse single catches easy. Additionally, making the small finger independent reduces unnecessary tension and improves handling.
