[Wilson] WILSON STAFF DUAL Hardball Glove - Outfielder (D8 Model) - 2025 Spring/Summer Model

This is the 2025 Spring/Summer model of the hardball outfielder's glove from the DUAL series, which is synonymous with Wilson gloves.

DUAL is the name of a structure with two lines (webbing) on each finger.
While standard gloves have one line, the DUAL series has two, making it less likely to be overwhelmed by the force of the ball when catching. When catching the ball with the finger portion, the DUAL structure allows the ball to fall into the pocket, making transitions smoother.

The D8 model is Wilson's flagship outfielder model. It is the same model used by Masataka Yoshida, who plays for the MLB Boston Red Sox. Its features include a wide opening and a deep pocket for reliably catching batted balls.

The leather used is North American Pro Stock Steerhide. It has no癖 (quirks) and fits comfortably on any user's hand.

The back leather uses SuperSkin. This is Wilson's unique leather, which is approximately 1/2 the weight of regular leather while having approximately twice the durability. Furthermore, it is excellent at repelling water and preventing stains.

It is also possible to get the "Ko-Yuni" break-in, a method directly taught by Wilson's Mitsuhiko Nakamura, as recommended by the manufacturer. The thumb stands firmly, creating a pocket that makes it easy to catch with a backhand. Additionally, the Ko-Yuni break-in reduces unnecessary tension and improves handling.
