[Wilson] WILSON STAFF DUAL Hardball Glove - Outfielder (D8 Model) - 2025 Spring/Summer Model

This is the 2025 Spring/Summer model of the hardball outfielder's glove from Wilson's DUAL series, which is synonymous with Wilson gloves.

DUAL refers to the structure where each finger has two lines (hamidashi).
While regular gloves have one line, the DUAL series has two, making it more resistant to the force of the ball upon catching. When catching the ball with the fingers, the DUAL structure allows the ball to fall into the pocket, enabling a smoother transfer.

The D8 model is Wilson's flagship outfielder model, the same model used by Masataka Yoshida, who plays for the MLB Boston Red Sox. Its features include a wide opening and a deep pocket for reliably catching batted balls.

The leather used is Pro Stock Steerhide from North America. It is free of癖 and will fit any user's hand.

It is also possible to get a "Ko-yubi" (small finger) breaking-in method, as recommended by the manufacturer and taught directly by Mitsuhiko Nakamura of Wilson. The thumb stands firmly, creating a pocket that makes it easy to catch reverse singles. Additionally, the Ko-yubi method reduces unnecessary tension, improving handling.
